Had the honour of welcoming Yvonne to our home this am to visit my 3 month old baby and I. Had the most luxurious Indian head massage I’ve ever experienced. Yvonne’s hands have a gift like a singer can sing with their voice, Yvonne’s hands do the singing for her. The warmth and heat I could feel from her hands was something I have not experience before from a therapist!! Truly truly amazing. She has a gift and all took place in comfort of my own home in front of a warm cosy fire. Ideal for when the winter days set in and you don’t want to be taking the little ones out. More movement in my neck
‘I have a long time whiplash injury and regularly get knots in my shoulders from bad posture sitting at a desk all day. To help strengthen my muscles I have been working out 3 times a week but felt a bit beaten up. I am not usually one for massage but went Yvonne for a full body massage that has not only loosened up knots in my shoulders but given me more movement in my neck that I have not had for a long time. I am now ready to take on anther week. Thanks Yvonne, I will be back.’

‘So I had the back massage from heaven this morning by Yvonne Clarke from Just Be Holistic Therapies. Nothing worse than back pain as I have suffered with it for years so I booked myself in and how delighted I was. On entering the Just Be clinic not only will you inhale the beautiful aroma from the burning oils but be in awe of the warm glow of colour which made me begin to feel relaxed. Yvonne was so professional and friendly and after having a chat about my treatment and carefully filling out the necessary form she began the treatment. The massage table was extremely comfortable and warm, towels were fresh and fluffy, I felt like a baby being tucked into bed. What a great feeling! Soothing music played in the back round and as soon as Yvonne began massaging my skin, I felt my stress levels decrease , I had lots of knots and adhesions so Yvonne had to work hard but by the end of the massage I just wanted to drift off to sleep. I’ve booked a full body massage for next week and Yvonne kindly mixed some of my chosen oils so I can use them at home. That was a sweet touch, that you don’t get any where else. ‘I set a goal this year to complete The Ring of Kerry Charity Cycle.  Training was going well up until the last week when my legs felt like lead and as a result I felt like the cycle would be very difficult.  I went to Yvonne and enjoyed a full body massage.
