What's been happening?
I'm back and delighted to report my shoulder surgery was successful. Which also means I'll be reopening the Just Be Clinic on Monday 18th September as planned.
My recovering is going really well and to sum it up in one word, 'pace' The consultant kept repeating that I can do most activities, including work, but to 'pace' myself. Also, I can only do certain activities for a short amount of time and then have to rest my arm. Therefore, I will only be offering 1 treatment per session for the foreseeable. This will suit most of you as you all seem to love foot reflexology. I also feel I'll manage the facial treatments. However, I'm going to drop Reiki & Massage for now as both are very strenuous on my arms.
