What's been happening?

Lovely trip to Beziers in the South of France.  We flew direct from Shannon so it was easy getting there.  Bus from the airport 2 euro or 40 for a taxi.  All buses 1 euro.  Valras-Plague stunning. Ideal for a short break.

I also did my own body NCT with 2 visits to the dentist an eye test and new glasses and 1 visit to the doctor with Virtigo and sore ears.  Thankfully I didn't need an antibiotic so just did Hopi Ear Candling, Reflexology and some aromatherpy to manage my systems. I always find I'm out of sorts in these humid dull days and get the odd migraine attached too. 

The good news is we are heading for my favourite time of year with Autumn.  With that everyone seems to get back into a routine with kids returning to school and the rest of us fall into the same pattern.  I'm now taking bookings right up to Christmas so please get in touch if you need to book in.
