The summer has been great and I hope you have enjoyed some freedom after 2 years of not being able to travel. We were also blessed with some gorgeous weather here in Ireland but there’s something about autumn that is just magical.
I have to say it’s my favourite time of year looking forward to wrapping up in cosy socks and jumpers and walking through the woods with leaves falling. Autumn also inspired the Just Be Colours which is probably no surprise to you by now.
It’s also time for the Just Be Clinic to get a refresh with ‘painters’ here as I write this. You probably won’t notice any changes as I’m keeping the same lovely ‘autumn colours’ but it will feel fresher and cleaner.
I also find this time of year more appropriate for a review and reset. There’s a sense of transitioning too compared to January. Watching children starting school or, like today with the ‘Leaving Cert’ results coming out, the anticipation of moving on as a adult.
I’ve also taken on a new contract with ‘Brothers of Charity’ and I’m looking forward to starting with them this month too. However, it won’t affect the clinic timings so you can still get your preferred time as before.
I’ll also be heading to Italy at the end of the month for some upskilling in Face Reflexology and Gua Sha. I did the training for both online during lockdown so as a group we are excited to finally meet each other and experience the treatments ourselves too.
What are you hoping for this autumn?
Love and light
