What's been happening?
Finally Spring has arrived and we can look forward to brighter and hopefully drier days ahead. I feel like it's been a long winter and the early Easter has me feeling behind on gardening and other outdoor jobs and activities. To be fair, I'm still not 100% after my shoulder surgery but improving every week. I'm back swimming since February and starting to do other weight baring activities.
Full services are back in the Clinic too including Reiki, Foot Reflexology, Face Reflexology & Gua Sha plus Hopi Ear Candling. You can BOOK NOW online or drop me a text or voice message and I can book it for you. Most of you, as regular visitors to the clinic, book as you go and this works very well. However, if you book online you now need to pay a deposit which is non-refundable and will be charged the full amount if you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. If you do cancel before 24 hours, the deposit becomes a credit on your account. I had to put this policy in place for new customers as I had a some no-shows (even though I confirm by email and text the day before). There are always exceptions to this rule so please let me know if you have any concerns. So far, it is working very well but I would appreciate any feedback you might like to share.
The first quarter of 2024 has been good to me. Business is great so no complaints there and myself and Jim also enjoyed a gorgeous week in Tenerife. My body loves both the sun and heat, those niggling aches and pains just disappear. I also feel many of you are going through a sad time. More than ever I'm hearing about your losses and I hope you know the Just Be Clinic is a safe place for you to talk and share. We all have our challenges but they do pass and here's to brighter days ahead.

We have 3 new additions to the Just Be family too. In January Baby Meabh was born on 10th January. Then in the first image we have Baby Heidi born 19th February and the second image is Baby Caolán born 28th March. Congratulations to all the Mums welcoming their babies into the world.
