What has been happening?
Finally some sun has arrived in Ireland and I've been lucky enough to get away to Lanzarote in May for a week in the sun too. We were there to support our amazing friend Derek who did an Ironman. We are all so proud and inspired by his achievements.
So much so, I've decided to push myself that little bit more when it comes to my fitness. Do the extra couple of lengths in the pool, walk that extra few meters. I do feel it's time to push on now following my shoulder surgery last year. I was told it would take a year and it's 10 months now so I'm definitely on track. I haven't been doing it alone of course, I started back swimming in February and being with an Osteopath since April and doing my regular reflexology treatments. I'm also looking into reformer pilates so I'll let you know how I get on with that.
Strangely I don't have baby news to share at the moment. I'm working with a couple of ladies due in the coming months so again if you or anyone you know is looking for maternity reflexology, pass on my details.
Thanks to my regulars, I'm kept busy most of the year but the clinic does slow down this time of year with holidays and kids off school. So it's a good time to BOOK NOW if you have a voucher or just need that extra boost to your wellness. I also noticed that my Just Be Holistic Therapies Google Profile hasn't had any new reviews for a couple of years. Can I ask you to leave a review if you are happy to do so. Simple search for Just Be in your Google search engine and you can leave a review under the business profile. Thank you to those who have already left reviews and to you in advance for your help and support with this.
As always I appreciate the support from all of you and feel so lucky to love what I do.
Yvonne x
