I am delighted to confirm that the next set of Just Be Mindfulness will commence next week as follows:

Monday, 6th March at 10am
Friday, 10th March at 10am

Each course runs for 4 weeks and costs just €48, payable at the first session.  Book now to guarantee your place.  Please note, as St. Patrick’s Day is Friday this year, we will not have a session on 17th March but will continue the following week.

I have also had some interest in running an evening course and looking at Thursdays at 7pm.  If this is of interest to you please let me know.

What’s happening?

Like alot of people I’ve been dragging myself through most of January with a cough and cold that just seemed to linger.  So, like many of you, my New Year is only starting now with the arrival of Spring and the sight of new life in the garden and new beginings for all of us.  So if you didn’t quite have the start you were hoping for in 2017, do not dispear.  So I started with booking myself a treatment on Monday and booking my next appointment for 4 weeks time.  I truly believe if it’s in the diary it will happen so I’m back on track with my self care and self love.  I’ll also be sharing the love with you with the return of Tops Tips and Case studies each month, so watch this space.

So for February why not be your own Valentine and let me help you and book yourself a rejuvenating treatment and get back that Just Be feeling.  Remember, all treatments are €50 including an Epsom Salt Blend to use at home or enjoy 2 treatments in one session for just €70 for the third year running. Prioritise yourself before the kids, your partner and anyone else you care for.  It’s just an hour, so book now and it will happen.  Appointments are available Tuesday 9.30 – 7pm, Wednesday 9.30am – 5pm and Thursday, 9.30am – 7pm.  If you prefer a weekend booking, Saturday, 18th February I’m back at Adare Health Foods & Wellness Centre.

The first Just Be Mindful Meditation session on every Monday is now full.  We have a lovely group of ladies and so far all are enjoying the experience and really starting to release negative behaviours and feelings and looking forward to a bright future with new habits and feelings. I’m loving the experience too so I’ve decided to do another session each week at 10am on Friday mornings starting from 3rd March.  I only have 8 places available so please let me know now if you would like to take part.

Top Tip – 5 steps to Health & Happiness

I recently presented to a group of female entrepreneurs and was asked my Top 5 Tips to Health & Happiness.  So now I want to share them with you and hope you will use them to support your own health and happiness.
1. Prioritise yourself – if you take care of yourself first, others benefit.  Also, what you do, your children learn.  Find time to relax, meditate, go for a walk and have a treatment every 4-6 weeks.  Prevention is better than a cure.
2. Keep it natural – avoid any unnatural chemicals in your candles, beauty products and certainly keep it natural, and if possible organic, when it comes to food.
3. Eat healthy – but be realistic.  Maybe allow a day or two for treats but again keep them natural.
4. Posture – if you work or use a laptop or mobile phone regularly, sit at a table or desk and ensure your back is straight and your shoulders are back.  This will avoid those nasty neck aches.
5. Get out – exercise is great for both mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.  But  be sure to meet like minded people too, even if it’s just a coffee once a week.  Support from others is vital to health and wellbeing.
